Designed to work in a variety of processes where heat transmission, heating or cooling of different liquids, different vuapors and gases are required.

The heat exchanger can be designed and produced with an estimated working temperature of minus 30 to 200 degrees Celsius.

The heat exchanger consists of a frame and a packet of heat exchange plates with pads placed inside the frame. The heat exchanger is designed and constructed under fitted parameters and calculations and as a result, the number of plates thare is needed to produce a heat-transfer surface is sufficient fther a desired performance.
HEAT EXCHANGING UNIT
Assembling plate heat exchanger consists of a frame and a packet of plates.

The composition of the frame:
(1) – a stationary plate;
(2) – a pressurized bar;
(3) – the upper aligning is connected to the stationary plate;
(4) – lower aligning;
(5) – the estimated number of plates with rubber sealing pads;
(6) – threaded couplings

F1 – Entry of the warm agent;
F2 – Exit of the heated agent;
F3 – Entry of the heated agent;
F4 – Release of the warming agent.

At the request of the customer, the non-standard location of the ports is possible
Assembling plate heat exchanger consists of a frame and a packet of plates.

The frame consists of a stationary plate (1) and a pressing plate (2), a rear rack (7), which is connected to a stationary plate of the upper aligning (3) and a lower aligning (4). Frames of assembled heat units are produced of different lengths to ensure the installation of different plates in it.

Between the stationary and pressing plates there is an estimated number of plates ( 5) with rubber sealing pads.

The package is pressed to the stationary plate by a pressing bar with threaded screeds (6). The degree of compression is sufficient to seal and seal the internal cavities of the heat exchanger.
